E-mail order isn't delivered to customer

something strange is happening:
when a customer take a order with the Offline payment COD on the K2 Store, does not receive any e-mail with the information for the payment. I have not tried using other payment methods.
I have also changed the status from "pending" to "confirmed", any e-mail is sent to the customer.

Instead the administrator receive the customer e-mail with the wrong name in the subject.
The e-mail subject begin with "Hello Krikor Boghossian,Your order has been placed with ..."
But Krikor Boghossian isn't a customer, is your developer....

In brief:
_ the order e-mail for the customer is sent to the Administrator, with a wrong name in the Subject
_ the client does not receive anything
_ the administrator does not receive any email to alert about new order

My configuration:
Joomla 3.1.5
K2 Store 3.7.2
Template Package v1.1.1
Quickstart Package for Joomla! 3.1
K2Store v3.7 Template Override Package

Note: the confirmation of customer registration is sent correctly

Make sure that you have set up the email into K2 Store Configuration under Shop settings.
Now for the issue that you are not getting the proper user, have you tried it with a new/registered user or with the admin account.
Is there a live link where we can check?

HI, under K2 Store Configuration -> Shop settings I have set up the e-mail.
I have tried with a new user user, no admin account.
This user have another e-mail, different from Default Admin Email and Default From Email ID on the K2 store
configuration.

In attachment you find the e-mail for the customer that instead has been delivered to store administrator (Default Admin Email) from "Default From Email ID".

yes, the problem is only for the order confirmation.

What steps did you follow to get the developer's name in your subject email?
Nothing, just installed your quickstart package and setting up the "Default Admin Email" and "Default From Email ID" on the Shop settings.

Is a backend access available so I can take a look?

Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with K2Store itself. We are currently in communication with the K2Store team in order to locate the source of the issue.

Hello Luca,

The news are good. The K2Store team has fixed this bug (it was indeed a bug) and will release an update, version 3.7.3, today. As soon as you see it available in your system just update and your problem with both the irrelevant name in the email subject and the email to the customer itself will be solved.
