How do I use the various typography features, Bubble Speech etc, in Toreda?

Is there a guide on the Nuevvo site I have missed?

You can just copy/paste each block where you want to use it from the typography page to your own.

Unfortunately I have not read one personally which I can suggest.

A quick google search lead me to these: it-ebooks.info/tag/joomla/

FYI. Have you tried OSTraining? www.ostraining.com/ They have several Joomla! tutorial and classes. The K2 documentation videos - getk2.org/documentation/k2class2012 - were made by them.
