I need to change the icons to image. I just can't find exactly where they are. Please help

Hello Debo,

You need to edit the templates/businessone/html/mod_k2_content/3ColumnWithIconOnTheLeft/default.php file.

In line 14 locate the following block of code.

$iconArray = array(...);

Then you can paste the entity (icon code) from entypo.com in there. Make sure you do not leave any quotation marks open. Alternatively you can let me know which icons you wish to use and I can assist you with the code.
