Please I need to disable from K2 articles the Pinterest button that appears at the left of the articles (K2).

Open the item.php file located at
templates/kiji/html/com_k2/default/

Locate and remove the following blocks of code.

<a href="//www.pinterest.com/pin/create/button/" data-pin-do="buttonBookmark"  data-pin-color="red"><img src="//assets.pinterest.com/images/pidgets/pinit_fg_en_rect_red_20.png" /></a>
			<!-- Please call pinit.js only once per page -->
			<script type="text/javascript" async src="//assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.js"></script>

and

<a href="//www.pinterest.com/pin/create/button/" data-pin-do="buttonBookmark"  data-pin-color="red"><img src="//assets.pinterest.com/images/pidgets/pinit_fg_en_rect_red_20.png" /></a>

That should take care of it.
