I can see it properly but it is possible the font is cached in my mac.

Looking at your code I saw you are not loading the Raleway font. Go to the template's parameters and select the Raleway font.

PS. Make sure to select BOTH Noto Serif and Raleway not just Raleway.

It seems you chose the wrong Font, Noto Serif is ok, but you chose Raleway Dots. It should be Raleway, dots is an entirely different font.

Now for the capitalisation.
To remove it use this snippet in your custom.css file
.listSingleItemView h3.catItemTitle { text-transform: none;  }

The custom.css file is located in your template's css folder.
All changes should be done there in order not to lose any changes when updating.

You can edit your file directly from the administration area.

I still see Raleway Dots on your template. Switching to Raleway will resolve the issue.

www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Raleway - it seems to have the proper charset to support Serbian (latin).

I will test it in a PC as well but I am quite sure it will work.

If you do not want Raleway choose a Google Font which supports extended Latin (serbian characters) and let me know.

No need to take screenshots, I am looking into it.
For some reason Raleway was cached in my local machine and it had all the proper glyphs.

I had to change to another pc to see the issue.
Sadly this is related to the font itself.
Changing the font to Roboto (a more complete font) resolved the issue.
