Hi, I get this kind of error "authorGender); ?>" next to authour's name in the Read this module.

Hello Mariak,

This code is commented (with PHP comments) out in the template. For some reason or configuration some code is still being rendered.

You can safely remove that line.
Open the file located at templates/kiji/html/mod_k2_content/ReadThis and remove line 53

<?php// echo K2HelperUtilities::writtenBy($item->authorGender); ?>
