Hi, How do I specify my K2 items dimensions. gtmetrix.com/ recommends I specify images demensions and also Defer parsing of JavaScript.

Defering Javascript roughly means async/lazy loading the scripts.

Since the template only uses one js script there is no point or benefit in breaking it up.

As for image dimensions, this works only for static sites, not responsive sites. It will only lead to possible broken layouts in older browsers.
To simply put it, there is no fixed width column so you can specify the image's width.

My site is still heavy. It takes alot of internet data bundles when accessed through mobile phone unlike other websites. Please what other solution would you recommend? Check google PageSpeed recommendation in screen shot: imgur.com/DPluNKN

You can cut the image quality from K2's settings.
K2 does not regenerate images but you can try looking for a tool at K2's community forum.

Alternatively you can use a CDN like Cloudflare.
If you are comfortable with coding you can use a lazy loading jquery script.
