We are your new customer.

We have installed radiowave template under new database that has been created by us.
Now we want to have an admin panel for our template. We have downloaded Joomla backend template panel using C Panel. After downloading Joomla now we have two databases one created by us and the other created by joomla.
When we try to add-in our template using Joomla Extension manager there is a error message saying tha t the file is not found.
At this point, how we can achieve to integrate our template file into the Joomla admin panel.

The template file will not create a db. It is just a Joomla! template. If you installed the quickstart package then you do not need to create another Joomla! installation. The quickstart package is a Joomla! site of its own.

Actually we have uploaded the template and quick start menu successfully.
We thought as an admin panel, we need to download Joomla itself again. That is where we had two databases
Actually, template itself has an admin panel. So, we are ready to customize our site.

Hello again,

We had reached our site frontend ,but could not enter into backend using the user and password created during Quick start installation (where asked super admin info) .www.kitapradyo.com/administrator/index.php is our backend adress, and the error message is "Warning Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
How we can reach our password info into the template files or if necessary how we can change password and user in order to enter backend and start customization?
