Where do I edit these items? I know they're k2 items, but how do I change the icons that appear above them?

The icons are inside extra fields.
In particular the Custom Link 1 and Custom Link 2.

the "<i class="icon glyph-plane"></i>" is generating the icon.

You can find a complete glyph guide and all availabe icons here: graphicburger.com/simple-line-icons-webfont/

Example: For the credit card icon you have to use this snippet

<i class="icon glyph-credit-card"></i>

PS. Make sure to use glyph-xx
