This is my first time using a template from nuevvo, but I have done many joomla and template installs in the past. When I upload and install the Anagram Quickstart package, instead of seeing the demo site installed, all there is is the textual elements of the site on a tan background. There is also no access to the Joomla backend of the site. (See attached screenshot) I have gone through the install instructions step-by-step and created new databases each time, but the result is always the same.

I have also gone and tried to install the package manually via the process described in the documentation. This method provides a different error: "Application Instantiation Error:." This error normally indicates that the database name, host name or username is incorrect, but I have gone through and checked and re-checked and all of the info is correct.

This whole process has become extremely frustrating and I'm sure there is something I'm overlooking! Please HELP!!!
