You can edit the top padding (gap) from here:
By editing the 62% you can increase or decrease the height.

To alter the entire dimensions you need to edit:Increasing the max-width will help you widen the logo.

Remember to paste your edits in your custom.css file.

I see the correct text style. In my site the title text style don't appear how in your demo.

this is a screenshot make during the animation of the slideshow. The title of the article (outsourcing commerciale) appears in a simply text style and not in a text style how in your demo site!!!!The parameters of the slideshow is setting as your documentation about this module.

Which elements are you displaying in the module?

By default the title (yellow bg) and the tagline extrafield (blackish bg) should be shown.

These options are located in the module's parameters.
Finally make sure you are using the template's latest version.

The item show in the slideshow is 3 K2 Article in a k2 category.

I have installed the 1.0.4 template package and the 1.0.4 template package update but no solve this problem.

In the template manager the version indicated of the template after the update is always 1.0.2

Unfortunatelly with a link I am not able to do much.
Are both the item's title and extrafields visible?
