Dear Nuevvo,
I have set the slideshow and it is finally working but in some elements the title is aligned with the tagline.
Why?

You need to change display: inline-block to block; in your custom.css line 136.
.slideshow .itemsWrapper ul.items li .moduleItemExtraFields .tagline
