I like to change the background style.
element.style {background: url("/schnellert-new/images/Hero.jpg") no-repeat fixed 0 0 / cover rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
margin-top: 230px;
}

Where do I find this code?

You do not need to change the code.
You can change the image from the template's settings -> template specific tab.
