We purchased the 3-month membership in order to download the radiowave template.
Gone through the initial description, you refer that we can use this template even without your built-in support for radiojar.

"Using another service to stream your web radio? Not a problem! Every part of the template using Radiojar-specific blocks has an alternative K2-based layout which you can use with your web radio service provider."

After installing the quick start pack and tried to configure k2 modules for our own shoutcast2 stream, it seems quite difficult for us that we don't have any programming related skills. Everything is based on javascript which we dont have any experience how to use it.

My suggestion is that you should have mention this on the template description.
Can you assist me on how to use my shoutcast2 stream details?
if not , ι hereby request a refund of my order.

They have not misled you it does say its got radiojar I myself have modified there script and have it working for shoutcast/icecast it is still in beta mode but works very well you can mesaage me withmy email This email address is being protected from spambots. You do not need any programming knowledge.

You can let Aaron assist you or you can sort your K2 content modules and publish the appropriate modules.

Btw a K2 Content module means that everything is handled through K2 items as a fallback not shoutcast.

In our conversation we specifically mentioned that the porting of the player will not be done by us. Aaron can assist you on this, since this a custom request.
