No Install Success Message was created by Mike Love

I am trying to install the RadioWave template and when I go to upload, I do not get the success message. I get the following error:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

I've checked to see if it's there anyway and I do not see it. I'm running Joomla! 3.3.3. Any suggestions?
