I used Win 7 and IE 11 and I could not verify the issue.
Paused/ played the video and tried resizing, it always stayed bellow the logo and the link.
I will install a Vista VM (if available by Microsoft) and let you know on my findings.

If I can get someone to get a screenshot of it I'll send it. But it works fine on my computers so I'm not sure why it is not working on other people's computers. But I managed to reproduce the problem on another computer so I know it is an issue.

Was not able to get a screenshot of the problem but did see it on both a Windows 7 and Vista today. On the Vista using IE 11 the whole page seemed to lose formattting with the wedge shape disappearing altogether. The Windows 7 kept the formatting. Also missing on both the Vista and Windows 7 was the off canvas menu. Only a small area of yellow colour showing. We tried compatibility mode on the Vista to see if the problem would fix but it didn't. It has to be an IE issue because the page loads properly when Firefox and Chrome were used.

It is the latest Flash player version which is causing the issue.
Since IE 11 does not support IE conditional tags I strongly suggest that you force YouTube's HTML5 player instead.

Thanks for tracking down the problem. I have the latest flash player and IE 11 installed and it seems to work fine on my system so not sure why it is not working on some other systems. I have looked at the info at the link you supplied which seems to be contradictory or outdated and then checked at Google (youtube) for the coding. I will look again in the morning when my brain works better :) but may just have to leave it as it is or remove the ibento page altogether as I think it may be over my head to fix. PS I think my subscription ends tomorrow so not sure if this will be resolved. But if you don't hear further from me that is why. :(

Flash Player sometimes behaves different from browser to browser and from OS to OS.
Also 11 is the latest version, there are many minor releases, so sometimes it is impossible for all users to have the same Flash player.
In my professional opinion it is best to use the HTML5 player since IE8 is no longer supported.

Guess I have a few more hours before the subscription ends. :)
Anyway I have tried with various different codes to get this to work using the google youtube parameters on their developer's site with no success. It looks fine with the flash player but as soon as I try to add youtube's player it doesn't seem to work correctly with Ibento. Whichever code I use it seems to screw up the page (different ways with the different codes). I can only do some basic html so it is beyond me. So I am going to have to rework the site and take down the Ibento page I guess. Pity because I quite liked the idea of the video page as a landing page.

Still not working for me. I just get a bit of video at the top of page and blank (white) everywhere else.

I tried to access it today twice and I could not see it.
Let me know when the issue has been resolved so I can troubleshoot the issue.

You have to add an &wmode=transparent parameter at the end of your YouTube URL. I took the liberty of adding it and it seems to be working fine.
