Hai again! I'm kinda happy that im getting used to edit stuff outside the joomla admin ui without someone babysitting me, but unfortunately I keep facing problems like that, which I can't solve myself due to the lack of my programming knowledge. So i can either lack usability and not use stuff, or ask for your precious help once again!!!! :P

I found some other sources along with this but no luck so far... All i get is a broken index every time i try to do it.

Could you please give me the right code to exclude a module (jPage located in radiowave_component) from my items pages, so they just show in the category Menu Item but not in the actual item pages?

Example:
I want the module to show here ,
but I dont want the module to show when you click an item from the previous link

I would suggest that you install the Modules anywhere extension.
This extensions allows to exclude modules from items without the need to write code.
