You need to add them as K2 items.
By default there is a category called Clean Items. You can add a new category and set it up to hide elements like images, dates etc if you removed that category.

All the elements are present as HTML snippets. If you want to use one in particular let me know so I can isolate it for you.

You can set your headers as <h3> or <h4> elements to have a similar look & feel to the weblinks.
If you copy the page remember to change its alias.
You do not want your TOS to be thisisdice.com/copy-of-typography/

Check to see if your site has a hidden menu, if not create it.
Then create a menu item pointing towards that item and call it Privacy policy.
That is js code which is stripped by your editor. That won't really work. It is better to use the editor's link button and point to your desired link.

Try to paste that code in your editor's code or plain view.
Depeding on the editor you are using its plugin (you can find it in Joomla!'s plugin manager) has option which tags to strip and which to allow. By default the <script> tag is not allowed.
You have to make sure that this tag is allowed and not stripped.

To recap
Create a new menu (not menu) if the hidden menu is NOT present.
Create a new menu item and publish it. This menu item should point to the K2 item with the privacy policy.

You can place all the elements that you want a clean URL for them but you do not want them on your main menu.
