i can´t install this template in localhost! why!?
i put localhost/xxxxx and enter and don´t start the installation!

Did you try redownloading the quickstart package?

i downloaded today! yes, the steps you show there are the same steps that i allways do! why this don´t work!? a simple thing to do and pufff, doesn´t work!

I will try it in my MAMP setup as well.
What errors are you getting?

internal server error

Internal Server Error Is a generic error. It could be a lot of things.
I downloaded the 3.x quickstart package and it worked without any issues.

Please try the following.
Download again and try with the new package.
Try it on a live dev server

Finally, which version of PHP is your localhost running? Make sure it is not 5.2.

Final thought,

Even localhost's apache has an error log

You can check the error log to find the actual error which will point us to the issue, but you should try reinstalling first.
