Currently we are having a trouble to customize RadioWave template. It does not possible to make any change (incl background and color). We updated everything into the latest version as well. What could be the problem? We want to have the ability to customize the template. If anyone could help please!

I cannot request for technical support in "add a ticket" menu. I think it is because my subscription has ended already. Does it mean I need to renew my subscription first to get technical support?

Yes, you need an active subscription in order to receive support and updates.
