It's easy to create a "recent comments" block from your latest Disqus comments. Just grab the RSS feed of your latest Disqus comments and use our RSS feed reader module "Simple RSS Feed Reader" to parse the comments RSS feed.
a) Download our Simple RSS Feed Reader module at:
www.joomlaworks.net/extensions/free-premium/simple-rss-feed-reader
b) Input the RSS feed of your latest Disqus comments into the Simple RSS Feed Reader module:
subdomain.disqus.com/latest.rss (replace "subdomain" with your actual Disqus subdomain)
c) Publish Simple RSS Feed Reader to some module position and you're done!
