after a migration (change of joomla articles Url) I used Url mapper tool to update it. But now it seems there are some issue about Disqus threads on my site. They (Disqus support) told me there are some identifier conflicts (so comments not loading into correct articles).
Do you know how to fix identifier?

The identifier is generated by the DISQUS shortname and the article id. Since you have changed the article IDs the identifier has also changed and i am afraid there is nothing you can do about this.

The article ID isn't the URL? in most cases to update the Url (in the same site) has worked.

As i wrote the identifier is generated by the DISQUS shortname and the article id . If the article IDs of the new site are the same with the IDs of the old site it will work.
