Errors in Joomla 3.5 with PHP 7 was created by Robert
I'm getting the following errors after I install the JW Disqus extension.
If GZIP is disabled in Joomla's Global Config, the error is;
Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; plgSystemJw_disqus has a deprecated constructor in /home/removedforprivacy/public_html/plugins/system/jw_disqus/jw_disqus.php on line 19
If GZIP is enabled, the error is (in Firefox);
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
If I change my server to use PHP 5.5, the errors stop.

Hi,
Try to set error reporting to none under Joomla global configuration and the errors should be gone.

Thanks for the reply but if I set the error reporting to none, it's not really fixing the problem, just hiding it? Doesn't the plugin need to be changed so it's compatible with PHP 7 without these errors?

Yes, the plugin will be changed of course. I just gave you this tip so you don't have to wait for the update.

Ahh, I get you, thanks :)
Do you have a rough idea when the plugin will be updated? (Not pushing or anything, just interested).
