I do not understand what I should do. I tried to export comments form database in xml format, and I tried to import in disqus using this tool available in this page waterwind.disqus.com/admin/discussions/import/platform/wordpress/ , but I got no result.

Hello,
This tool seems to be specific to the WordPress platform.
The import should be for other platforms. Furthermore please check that the xml file is of the correct format.
