On template numodusversus, the horizontal main menu has an item "Liens internet". It goes to a page explaining the different categories of web links with a side-menu of these categories. When clicking on the first menu-item ("Sites internationaux"), it goes back to the home page instead of showing the web-links of this category. If one clicks on another menu-item, it shows the right page and than if one clicks again on the first menu-item it is OK.

www.belgiumforsuccess.be/index.php/fr/men-liens-internet

On my test site on localhost, it works perfectly well, and I filled all parameters on the operational site exactly as on the test site.
I inspected the page in both sites to compare, and I see that there is a difference of reference in the html :
* in the test site :
<li class="item-383> ... <a href="/test7bfs/indexphp/fr/men-sites-internationaux"> ... </a> </li>
*in the operational site :
<li class="item-383> ... <a href="/index/php/fr/> ... </a> </li>

It is thus obvious that there is a wrong reference in the operational site, but I don't know how to correct it. I think that it comes fom the Joomla menu-module "Liens internet" where the base item is set to "current"
I note also that the problem does not occur with the dutch or english version.

Seems OK now. My guess is it was some module/menu mis-configuration...

Thank You Fotis (long time no see !)
I had seen that it was now OK, but didn't understand what the problem had been, since I didn't change anything (except I updated the module, but without having changed anything).
Sorry that I didn't update my post to say it waq OK now, and made you to waste a bit of your time.
Brgds.

Could have been a cache issue really (on the live site).

In any case, it's all good I guess :)
