Hi!

I have one slide that only should be displayed as an image only. So i choosed hide for all textfields under advanced tab for that specific slide. That makes the slideshow stop at the first slide. When i show one textfield for the slide the slidshow works again. But i really don't want text on this one.

I'm having this same problem. I really need to have select slides without any text. My site is online if that helps.

Hi. For everyone that wants slides with no text, make sure that you have disabled the text effect in the module/menu parameters.

Is it not possible to have some slides without text and still have the text effect working on the other slides?

No currently this is not supported. However of you are familiar with some HTML PHP then you can achieve this my modifying your slideshow template. In order to to this you have to place the div with class "slidetext" outside the if statement that is there. This way even when you have no text the div will be there and the script should work as it should.
