I have downloaded my images straight form computer to FPSS and from stories.  For some reason, it does not download the and show the images and in FSD template nothing downloads or appears in the slideshow module box.  I have seen other similar posts but the solution does not seem so clear to me. 

Btw, it works in Safari, Chrome and Firefox but not internet explorer 8 or 9.

Try to change the jquery library handling option in FPSS module parameters.

I changed the jquery library option to v 1.5x (latest copy) but there is no improvement.  I tried all options but still no improvement.  I work in v1.5 and have kept it at v 1.5x (latest copy)

I have tried it with two websites.  On one website the slideshow works with Chrome, safari and firefox but not IE.
On the other site it works only with Firefox.  Could this be a template issue?

Did you try not to load jquery library via your FPSS parameters?

Yes, it does not work at all if I choose not to load query.

Please provide me with access to your super admin so as to check it out please.
