I want to allow one administrator (not super admin) access to this item - but in 1.7, the options panel is not allowing me to change the access control level, as I have experienced in other components. Is there a method for this? I do not want to open the entire back end when all he wants to do is reorganize his slides. It seems unusual that it requires a super admin site nerd to do this, not the people who create and manage content (editors, publishers, managers).
