I have installed 3.02 today.
It's working pretty well, but I had to modify my modified css to use the same layout as on 2.X
What I miss (or did not find) is a custom title for Joomla Menu items.
If I select Jomla Menu item as source, this will become the title as well.

Is there a way to use menu items as source and change the title as well ?
I can't change the title: Tour C - Trekking in Bale Mountains. see picture

well, this one, sorry !!

to clarify:

I can change the title, but not the "title" for the URL link of the thumbnail.
For example:

"Tour E - History Tour" is the Joomla Menu link and also the title for the thumbail
I want to change this title only to "History Tour" to save some space

I am experiencing the same problem with FPSS. The source for each of the slides is set to Joomla menu item and the title of each slide is different from the menu item name. I would like to show the slide's title instead of the menu item name. Is there an easy way to override this in the slideshow template file?

Any help is appreciated.

Go to the FPSS component/ category and Set  the "Fetch data from 3rd party extension at runtime" to "No".
