slides display vertically was created by Emil Bohach
I have the latest Ver. 3.0.3, using uncut template, Joomla 1.5.24  (recently upgraded from FPSS Ver. 2.0).
When the webiste is very busy I get the slideshow displayed vertically.
Otherwise (aside from the sidebar gap see earlier post) it functions okay.
If I change the advanced parameter to "Embedded (on the output of the page)"  the display looks like the slideshow but no titles appear in the sidebar, this is not acceptable.

If the problem in your site is obvious only in high tracking, means that you have performance issue related to your server settings and not to FPSS.

Granted there may be performance problems, we are trying to track it down, BUT the issue is that when I changed the advanced parameter to "Embedded (on the output of the page)"  the display looks like the slideshow but no titles appear in the sidebar and the gap between the image and the sidebar.

The developers just informed me that there is a minor bug at embed css option. Soon we will release a new version that will solve this issue.

the sidebar gap has been resolved.  Thanks.

Perhaps you can give me a suggestion as to where I can look to find the performance issue.

I updated early yesterday morning to your latest version 3.0.5.  We are on Joomla 1.5.2.5 on a Linux host.

Later in the morning we were checking something on the site and got the vertical display.

We have gotten the performance issues resolved and I changed the advanced parameter to embed the CSS but the vertical display showed up once.

Is there something else I can do??

Most of the time yes, but on occasion it fails to display properly. It happened yesterday about 11 am (CST) but I haven't seen it since.

Maybe it is a performance issue. Check if  the css just loads slowly...
