New install 1.7 ver3.0.3 FPSS Error: route.php on line 135 was created by DJ Enterprises

Im getting this error off of a new install on the latest joomla 1.7 and the freshest FPSS v3.0.3 using Rockethemes Modulus

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/campj/public_html/18/components/com_content/helpers/route.php on line 135

Any suggestions?

Did you use a 2.9.x FPSS version?
If so, did you uninstall it before install the new one?

I am having the same issue with version 1.7 3.0.4. I had no previous installation of FPSS. :-\
