FPSS not rotating slides on some pages was created by donna moy

I just installed the new Front Page slideshow to my Joomla 1.5 website. The homepage slideshow works fine, but subsequent slideshows do not rotate. Any guidance?

Using iE9, Chrome & Firefox 8.0
