[Solved] Can get rid of Statistic page in Backend was created by Jason Poeffel
I apparently installed the wrong version of frontpage slideshow in my 1.5.23 joomla install.  Since then I have installed the correct version of fpss, but the statistics page remains. Any ideas on how to remove it or make it work?

Just turn off statistics and turn off the display of statistics in the control panel.

That's just the problem.  There is not a button for "options" to turn it off.

Go to modules in your site backend, select administrator modules, find Frontpage Slideshow Statistics (admin) module and just disable it.
