Error Virtuemart with Frontpage Slideshow was created by Imas3

When activating the search box and look for a product virtuemart I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'JModel' not found in / homepages/4/d300998391/htdocs/Web_Otto/components/com_fpss/helpers/slideshow.php on line 13

I need help please.

Yesterday I installed the component and give me find out that mistake, but I do not understand that relationship may have with Slideshow.

Did you remove FPSS from your site?
Which version did you use?
