I'm using the simple template and the navigation buttons are displaying with a double rectangle (instead only one as in your demo).

Could you please tell me how to obtain just one rectangle around the numbers ?

This is a css conflict with your template caused by the ul and li elements styling. Contact your template provider in order to solve it please.
