Frontpage 3.1 and Joomla 2.5

Frontpage 3.1 and Joomla 2.5 was created by Espy

I am currently running Frontpage slideshow 2.9.1 and Joomla 1.5.25.

I notice from one of Fotis's posts that Frontpage sloideshow 3.1 is 2.5 compatible but intimates that it has only been tested with the Beta version.

My questions is, does 3.1 definitely run with 2.5 now that the stable release is out? This may influence my decision to go to 2.5 and I obviously have to upgrade FPSS to 3.1.

3.1 FPSS version works with joomla 1.5 and joomla 2.5. However, you may just use 3.1 FPSS without upgrade your joomla.

However, before you do anything please check our documentation carefully.

Thanks Katia,

I recognise that I will have to manually put in my information again if I go to 3.1 due to the different file structures.

Thanks for the confirmation on 2.5
