I purchased the extension and installed FPSS this week, but have been unsuccessful in having it work.  The thumbnails appear, but I get a black slide with a spinning wheel where the image is supposed to go.  I have made new categories, tried content from articles, etc. but still nothing.  I have also attempted to change the jquery library (I've tried every option) and I have deleted plugins that are not being used in case of a conflict.  I also made sure that permissions for the folder are set to 755.  Any ideas on what I can try?

Apparently I had a js compressor running on my site and that was causing a conflict with fpss.  I think it was the system-jb library plugin.  As soon as I disabled the plugin, I was up and running.

I didn't have js compressor but I had the "RokGZipper" compressor plugin that came with the rockettheme I use.
I disabled it and the FPSS works fine.
