Joomfish and FPSS - error with foreach() was created by Richard Elswick
So I followed the documentation, expecting to update (install over a previous version) FPSS after Joomfish has already been installed.  I expected the previous content of the FPSS, but it is not showing. Some errors show instead.  I expect the prevoius article content to still be present, but I have to fix the errors first.  These errors are:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/i/n/t/intseccorp/html/dev/administrator/components/com_fpss/views/slides/view.html.php on line 51

Filter   Go  Reset

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/i/n/t/intseccorp/html/dev/administrator/components/com_fpss/views/slides/tmpl/default.php on line 62

I have yet to get into looking at the php, but that is my next step.

Joomla v 1.5.25
FPSS v3.1.0 (I don't know what the previous version was.)

System Info:

Web server Apache
PHP version 5.2.17
MySQL version 5.0.91-log
GD Image library bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Upload limit 32M
Memory limit 64M

If you had an FPSS version before 3.0.0 it is impossible to upgrade...
Did you read FPSS documentation:

Unfortunately, there is no upgrade path from versions 2.x.x to 3.x.x of the Frontpage Slideshow. because the extension has be re-written from scratch and the database tables are changed. We recommend that you follow this process to setup the latest v3.x.x release:
a) backup your site first (using e.g. Akeeba Backup)
b) note down your slideshows
c) note down your customizations on existing Frontpage Slideshow templates so you can pass them on to the updated ones included in version 3+.

To update from a 3.0.0+ version to a bigger version, all you need to do is just upload the new package over the previous one. There is no need to uninstall it first as you will lose all your slideshows. Just install on top.
