Error Mesage Another menu item with the same parent has this alias was created by Henricus Dello

I have been trying to install and deinstall FrontpageSlideshow-v3.2.0_j1.5-2.5 on Joomla version
Joomla! 2.5.1 Stable [ Ember ] 2-Feb-2012

I always get the error message

Another menu item with the same parent has this alias
Error building Admin Menus

And the installation failes. what can I do to solve this?
