Problem after installation - 500 - Ocorreu um erro. JHtmlBatch: :language was created by William da Silva

After I installed in Joomla 1.7, when I accessed components, this message is appearing:
500 - Ocorreu um erro.
JHtmlBatch: :language Não suportado.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem remain.

Where should I set the permission? because all permissions are 777, see image attached

Yes I had read, I seted the permission and my host has GD Image Library for PHP, but is not working yet.

Joomla 1.7 is not a long term support version. So I suggest you to upgrade to the latest Joomla version.
