Warning! Failed to move file. was created by learning

Hi,

I successfully uploaded FPSS zip file on my localhost. The problem is that now I'm trying to upload the zip file to the live site and it gives me "Warning! Failed to move file.". I already searched the forum, but can't find any answers. The permissions under System Info are the same as on my local.
