Just bought this
Cant upload images, just hangs in ie and chrome
Tried changing permissions and library
Joomla 1.5
bit disappointing for a first purchase

If you have permissions issue in your site you should install Admin Tools from www.akeebabackup.com/ in order to fix your permissions as they should be and then reinstall the extension.

If the slideshow seems to loading forever in some browsers it is due to some script conflict. Solution is changing the jQuery library handling option in FPSS module parameters.

I have now run admin tools and uninstalled.
Now trying to reinstal and get this error
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package

Make sure that you upload the appropriate version according to your cms and not the whole zip with both version for joomla and non joomla site.

I see a lot of these issues have someone saying "give me access to your backend" but then we never see what the solution was. Kind of makes it difficult to search the forum for solutions.

what is the problem you are facing?
Most of the times pms are related to wrong settings the user has or wrong permissions.
And at 99% of the cases the solution is in documentation.
