[Solved] no Options button was created by james hobbs
FPSS 3.2
J! 2.5.3

no options button appears in Admin  (on 3.1/2.5.3 it appeared, gave an error of not having permission if clicked)

looking around I am seeing some strange permissions issues so perhaps this is unrelated to this fpss (just coincidental).
