Is it possible to use this module using percentage?

my site test.rkyou.com is using a percentage based based system. I need a module hopefully this one works that will be able to go based on percentage

I need that module to fill the page based on percentage so it appears like Vevo.com

my site test.rkyou.com I have the front page slide show and i am attempting to use percentage for width and height so it appears the same regardless of the screen vevo.com is what i am attempting to copy.That site appears the same regardless of the screen
