"Could not create directory" error in Joomla 2.5.2

"Could not create directory" error in Joomla 2.5.2 was created by CHMJax
I get the folllowing error when I try to install FrontpageSlideshow-v3.2.0_j1.5-2.5 in Joomla 2.5.2:
        JFolder::create: Could not create directory
        Warning: Failed to move file!

I have ensured that all directories are writable. Do you have other suggestions??

Make sure that you select the appropriate FPSS version for your cms.
