I am using Joomla 2.5.3 and the latest FPSS.

Adding text content to a slide works just fine... (via components / FPSS / Edit slide content)

However, when I add an anchor to a menu item the anchor code is stripped out of the HTML during the slide presentation. Checking the content again, I see the anchor/link is still there.

The component seems to strip out anchors from the content I enter... just the anchor code, leaving the text that the anchor wrapped around.

Is this normal behavior? Can it be overridden?

This is the code in my slide content:
<p>...interventions to address them. <a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=45&Itemid=229" target="_blank">Register Now</a></p>

If you set the Introtext word limit to 0 in FPSS module parameters, the html tags will not be stripped out.
