I tried disativare lavamp and every type of effect, I tried every option of libbrerie Jquery, but I can not get to the bottom of the problem.

Try changing the
jquery library handling option in FPSS module parameters.

As already mentioned, I already did this attempt, I disabled lavamp, text effect, timer progress bar, image optimization, CSS inclusion method (internal and embedded), I tried every combination but does not work.

Just checked in IE10 and it works fine.
