Hi,

i have a problem, i installed frontpage slideshow in joomla 1.7 so i configured the parameters and publish it. But when i open the internet page the slideshow don´t appear anywhere.

Can someone help me, please? is urgent.

Did you enable the FPSS module?

Yes i Did,

Actually I enabled that the module just appear on main page... and it looks strange because it seems like the module be there but nothing is shown.

The page is: www.palapolla.com and the modulo should be between the banner that says: "Registrate y gan a con..." and the news.

Any idea.

First of all please upgrade to FPSS latest version which is 3.2.0.

Is It necessary?, my question is because i installed it in another page that I'm developing so as test trying to understand the problem I put the same template and installed the slideshow there and it works perfectly.

So, i don´t understand the problem.

Check that the module position you set the module to be rendered exists...
However, I suggest to upgrade to the latest version in order to eliminate possible problems from older versions.

I already check the position, and it´s the same than the other test page with the same template ( www.brightit.com.co/joomla_1 ). If I update to the latest version, should i have to pay again? do you know if there is a service that they install the module on my page?

You may check if you have access to the latest FPSS version via our PDS system (main menu).
The  FPSS documentation gives detailed installing information.

I don´t have acces to the latest version. But before to buy it again, i just want to be sure that it´ll work fine.
Before that i have few questions.

  1. I installed it on a test page with the same characteristics (joomla 1.7 and gk_twn2 as a template) and published it at
      the same position and it works fine. www.brightit.com.co/joomla_1

  2. What happen in the case where i bought fpss latest version and it doesn´t work?
