Recently, I have purchased the Front Page Slide Show extension and installed it on my website. At the moment I am using the "movie" template. A bit of customization is always neccesary, so I had started playing around with the extension settings, before I faced the following problem:
I enabled the "text effect" through the administration panel of my website, so at the moment the text for each slide appears 1second after the image. Essentially, what I want, is to make this delay (between the appearance of the image and appearance of the text) a bit longer, so that the visitors of my website can first enjoy the image (without the text field covering it) for 2-3 seconds, and afterwards read text.
In the extension settings, I have the field "text transition effect time". So I assumed, that this field should be responsible for the time frame between the image and the text. However, if I change the setting (i.e. from 1000ms to 4000ms) nothing seems to happen.
As a result, I am seeking for some support. Does anybody know how can I change the time between the appearance of the image and appearance of the text. Is this possible to do it throught the administration panel of my website, or can I change it by modifying the configuration files of the extension?
