customizing template - uncut was created by Jackson-Online

I am trying to get the text to show below the pics - which I have

BUT the text keeps scrolling up into the picture area
I need the text to stay below the pics
can someone direct me on what I need to do
using the uncut template on joomla 2.5

Well, I used the uncut template because if positions the text from the side where I want it except I don't want it sitting on top of the pics
I'll look back through the templates again
